After a rainy day on Saturday, it was great to have a warm, sunny day today. Vivian was running wild due to being cooped up yesterday and I needed to get the child out of the house to burn off some of that energy.
I really didn't want to do the playground because I knew it would be jammed pack with kids. I decided to take her on a nature hike at Carolina State Park. She loved it! Kid walked the majority of the way. I loved watching her explore. Feeling the plants, admiring the tall trees, listening to mother's nature music, digging in the dirt and taking bark off the trees. We slowed downed and took our time.
Vivian also had her first sno-cone today and LOVED it! Wish I took a pic. Mom fail :(
