Mother's Day Weekend

And what a fantastic one it was.  We kicked off Mother's Day with the girls Mother's Day brunch at school on Wednesday.  Vivian's last preschool brunch...cue the tears.  Bother girls gave me a flower pot they decorated with seeds to plant, a placemat with their picture and drawing and Vivian's teacher had her give a description of her mommy along with other things.  Classic!  So sweet their school honors all the mommy's!

^^ We love Mrs. Martha (Jo's teacher)!

^^Never seen me dress for a wedding and if only the 'makes me clean' when I do something I shouldn't was true.  I think she gave me a good idea HA!  I just love this!

On Friday, BK had crawfish delivered from Louisiana Crawfish CO.  So good!  Vivian enjoyed them herself.  JoJo said 'no thank you' and had pancakes instead.  She held one (not alive), then got scared of them screaming 'monster' LOL  She's such a little stinker!

Saturday morning we had breakfast at Cracker Barrel then went to Poplar Grove's BBQ festival.  Last year it was fantastic.  Tons of bounce houses, slides and kids water activities.  This year was kinda a dud.  They had their one bounce house and no water stuff for the kids.  We still had a good time, but we were slightly disappointed.  We came home and the girls played in the sprinkler and did some swinging.

^^  My sweet silly girl

^^ I could just EAT HER UP!!!

Sunday, Mother's Day, we went to church and watched our sweet Vivian sing in choir.  I can't help but giggle watching her because her facial expressions are the cutest.  I love watching her perform and cannot wait until Joanna is old enough for children's choir.  I'm sure Jo will be a total ham!

The girls and BK gave me the sweetest cards and Vivian drew me a picture.  Sweet girl I tell ya!  My gift is a much needed haircut.  I don't even want to say how long it has been since I've been to a hair salon.  For dinner BK grilled steaks and I devoured mine.  So good!

I am so thankful for my girls who give me the greatest honor being their mommy.  I'm not sure why God blessed us with them, but I am grateful every single day.  I love you girls more than you will ever ever know!!  XXOO...muah!
